The Customer shall keep his password in a safe and secret place and take the precautions steps to prevent its unauthorized use, such as:
- Non-writing or registering his password in a way that others may discover it.
- Informing no others, even GAMERS8 's employees, of his private password.
- Damaging the notifications of the password received from the GAMERS8 (if any).
- Avoiding selection of passwords that could be easily guessed: such as phone numbers or birth dates.
- No registering of passwords in any auto-save program (such as screens that display the features of “password saving” or any similar Internet browser).
- Customer shall not leave Internet service operating at all times or allow others to use it before log-out and shall close the browser used for connection to that service.
- Customer shall not login to GAMERS8’s website from any computer unit connected to LAN or from Computer units publically available for use before making sure that no one could monitor, copy his data, or assume his identity to log in to GAMERS8’s Site website.
- Customer shall immediately inform GAMERS8 about any unauthorized access or any unauthorized instructions he knows or suspects, or suspects that someone has disclosed his password. In this case, he should immediately change his password, and he has to help the SEF and GAMERS8 and security authorities to recover the losses, if any. GAMERS8 may provide some information about the Customer to police authorities or any other party if that step prevents any losses or helps in its recovery.
- Customer shall not cause any electronic damage to the website, its services, or any related websites.

A. Results originate from Customer Requests:
The Customer authorizes the GAMERS8 to dispose of pursuant to the requests which appear as correct requests according to rules, even if they contradict any other requests at any time regarding the requested services, as well as accepts charges prescribed for.
B - Instructions implementation:
The service requests coming through the website will be implemented using the customer's password.
C - Failure of the other party:
GAMERS8 is not responsible for any failure of any other in implementing instructions, any delay or errors from the other party upon implementing instructions whatsoever the reasons.
D- Accuracy and completion of Instructions:
The customer shall ensure the accuracy and completion of all requested data, and no incomplete data will be accepted. The Customer will be responsible for the errors resulting from incomplete data. GAMERS8 will save no endeavor from implementing the request but is not liable for any delay or failure.
A. The applicable law and Jurisdiction:
This document shall be subject to the electronic dealing system, information crime combat system, and communication system and shall be interpreted accordingly. Hereby, GAMERS8 and the Customer agree to refer any dispute that may arise out of these terms and conditions to the judicial jurisdiction.
B. The reference upon discrepancy of the two parties' records:
When the data of the two parties contradict, then GAMERS8's records will prevail.
The Customer hereby represents that he has read these terms and conditions and will unconditionally and unreservedly adhere to them.
- Saudi E-Sports Federation (“SEF” or “Gamers8 Loyalty Operator”) is as Saudi Federation established by the President of Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee Resolution No. 12927 dated 19/03/1439 H responsible for developing Saudi Arabia’s video game industry and ecosystem. As part of its role to develop the industry in Saudi Arabia, SEF has developed a loyalty program (“Gamers8 Loyalty”) specifically for the “Gamers8 Event”, to be hosted by SEF and scheduled for 6 July to 31 August 2023.
- This document (“Terms & Conditions”) sets out the terms and conditions upon which individual consumers (each a “Member”, and also referred to as “you”, etc.) are able to participate in Gamers8 Loyalty, by creating and maintaining a Membership Account, earning Gamers8 Points with Program Partners to achieve Gamers8 Tiers, and otherwise benefitting from what Gamers8 Loyalty has to offer.
- By creating a Membership Account you agree to these Terms & Conditions; and you consent to the processing of your Personal Data in the manner contemplated in the Gamers8 Loyalty Privacy Policy.
"Benefit" means a discount, giveaway, raffle draw, product or service offering that a Member can obtain through participation in Gamers8 Loyalty, as contemplated in these Terms & Condition.
2.2 "Gamers8 Contact Center" means the contact center operated by or on behalf of Gamers8 Loyalty Operator to address and/or resolve questions or concerns raised by Program Partners, and to address and/or resolve questions or concerns raised directly by Members and non-members.
2.3 "Gamers8 Privacy Policy" means the privacy policy that sets out the basis upon which personal data made available by Members (in the course of their creation of a Membership Account and participation in Gamers8 Loyalty) is processed by Gamers8 Loyalty Operator (directly or indirectly), as further detailed in clause 10.
2.4 "Gamers8 Tier" means digital representations for specific status levels (Novice, Intermediate, Legend) earned by Members based on eligible spend with Program Partners and displayed on the Membership ID that can be earned and redeemed by Members, via transaction with Program Partners, as contemplated in these Terms & Conditions.
2.5 "Gamers8 Point" means a Gamers8 Point earned by a Member on eligible spend at a Program Partner or by eligible interactions (e.g. social media posts or likes) with Gamers8 Loyalty Operator and Program Partners.
2.6 “Gamers8 Bonus Point” means a Gamers8 Point earned by a Member based on Gamers8 Tier status, promotional incentivization, and/or recurring incentivization (as applicable) on eligible Benefits.
2.7 "Intellectual Property Rights" means all intellectual property rights worldwide, including copyright, rights in data and databases, rights in confidential information, trademarks, patents, and designs.
2.8 "Member" means an individual who has successfully created a Membership Account, and whose Membership Account has not been cancelled or terminated as contemplated in these Terms & Conditions.
"Membership Account" means the personal Gamers8 Loyalty account created by a Member via the Website, for which the Member provides specific information (including identity and contact details, as well as demographic information and interests, etc.), and which records details of Member’s transactions accruing and redeeming Gamers8 Points, as contemplated in these Terms & Conditions.
2.10 "Membership Account Number" means the unique number generated by Gamers8 Loyalty Operator to identify a specific Membership Account.
2.11 “Membership ID” means the digital card, associated with a Membership Account and reflecting Member name, Membership Account Number and Membership Tier, accessible via the App or the Website.
2.12 "Operational Details" means the specific details (as may be updated by Gamers8 Loyalty Operator from time to time) relating to the accrual and redemption of Gamers8 Points, validity and expiration of Gamers8 Points, Member support, and other such operational aspects of Gamers8 Loyalty, as specified in these Terms & Conditions.
2.13 "Program Partner" means a service provider (as further specified in clause 5.1) that has contracted with Gamers8 Loyalty Operator to participate in Gamers8 Loyalty, enabling Members to earn and/or redeem Gamers8 Points or provide Benefits to Members, as contemplated in these Terms & Conditions.
2.14 “Tier Benefit” mean a Benefit, the eligibility for which depends on Member’s current Membership Tier.
2.15 "Website" means the website specified in clause 4.2.2.
3.1 These Terms & Conditions set out the terms upon which Gamers8 Loyalty Operator makes Gamers8 Loyalty available to Members, and upon which Members agree to participate in Gamers8 Loyalty.
3.2 By registering as a Member you agree to these Terms & Conditions; and you consent to the processing of your Personal Data in the manner contemplated in Gamers8 Loyalty Privacy Policy.
3.3 Gamers8 Loyalty Operator reserves the right to amend, change, modify, supplement, limit, or cancel these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Gamers8 Loyalty Operator will seek to notify Member of any material changes to these Terms & Conditions by email, SMS or notification using the contact details registered in the Membership Account. By continuing to participate in Gamers8 Loyalty, Member shall be deemed to have accepted any such changes to these Terms & Conditions.
3.4 Gamers8 Loyalty Operator may materially modify or entirely substitute Gamers8 Loyalty, in whole or in part, by written notice to Member by email or SMS using the contact details registered in the Membership Account. Gamers8 Loyalty Operator shall endeavor to ensure that no such modification or substitution will materially affect the Member’s holdings of Gamers8 Points as at the time such modification or substitution occurs.
3.5 Gamers8 Loyalty enables Members to earn and/or redeem Gamers8 Points through eligible transactions with Program Partners. In limited instances, Members may also be able to earn Gamers8 Points by interactions (e.g. social media posts or likes) with Gamers8 Loyalty Operator and Program Partners.
3.6 The rates at which Members may earn or redeem Gamers8 Points, and any applicable timings (e.g. validity periods, blackout periods, etc.) will vary from Program Partner to Program Partner; details will be made available on the Website, and by the Program Partners.
3.7 Gamers8 Loyalty offers three “Gamers8 Tiers”, as follows:

3.8 Gamers8 Tiers may be varied (including by adding/removing/amending) by Gamers8 Loyalty Operator from time to time at Gamers8 Loyalty Operator’s discretion.
4.1 amers8 Loyalty Operator has the sole discretion to decide whether to accept or reject any
application to create a Membership Account, and shall not be required to provide applicant
with any reason for doing so.
4.2 An applicant may only submit an application to register as a Member via the following
channels:
4.2.1 Gamers8 Loyalty website: (the “Website”): [gamers8.gg].
4.3 Upon registration, as a verification mechanism, applicant will be sent a verification message to the email address provided by the applicant during the registration process.
4.4 Subject to clause 4.1, to be eligible to register as a member, an applicant (whether a Saudi national or a non-Saudi national) must meet the following basic requirements:
4.4.1 be at least 18 years of age (except as permitted pursuant to clause 4.5, in respect of Membership Accounts registered on behalf of minors);
4.4.2 provide full name as it appears on Saudi National ID, Saudi Resident ID (Iqama), or Passport;
4.4.3 provide a valid mobile number and a valid email address.
4.5 An individual is only permitted to hold one Membership Account, except that a Member may
register additional Membership Accounts on behalf of, and in the names of, his or her minor dependents, provided that the Member remains responsible at all time for the use of the Membership Account of such minor dependents.
4.6 On successful creation of a Membership Account, Gamers8 Loyalty will issue Member with a unique Membership Account Number, which needs to be presented for verification purposes to earn Gamers8 Points and access Benefits, and which should not be shared with any other person. Member will also be required to create a password for Membership Account access. Member shall refrain from disclosing such password to anyone, and alert the Gamers8 Contact Center in the event of any actual or suspected disclosure or compromise. Member shall at all times remain responsible for use of the Membership Account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
5.1 Gamers8 Loyalty Operator shall, from time to time, engage various operators and service providers, including retailers, transport operators, accommodation providers, government entities in the tourism sector, and others, to participate in Gamers8 Loyalty as partners/affiliates (each a “Program Partner”). (The term “partner” is used in a marketing sense; Gamers8 Loyalty Operator is not in a legal partnership with any Program Partner.)
5.2 Gamers8 Loyalty Operator may add (or remove) a Program Partner to (or from) Gamers8 Loyalty at any time at its sole discretion and without notice to Member. Gamers8 LoyaltyOperator makes no warranty that any Program Partner will continue to participate in Gamers8 Loyalty, or that any Benefit made available by a Program Partner at any time will continue to be available.
5.3 As between Gamers8 Loyalty Operator and Program Partner, Program Partner shall at all times remain responsible to Member in respect of any products or services made available (or to be made available) by Program Partner as a Benefit or otherwise. Member shall hold harmless Gamers8 Loyalty Operator for any damages or costs incurred by Member as a result of any claim or complaint raised by Member in respect of any products or services provided (or to be provided) by Program Partner, whether as a Benefit or otherwise.)
6.1 The specific details relating to the accrual and redemption of Gamers8 Points, validity and expiration of Gamers8 Points, transfer of Gamers8 Points, complaints and claims processes, and other such operational aspects of Gamers8 Loyalty, shall be as generally set out in these Terms & Conditions, and subject to more specific information communicated to Member via the Website from time to time.
6.2 Gamers8 Loyalty Operator may amend, change, modify, supplement, limit, or cancel the operational details at any time. Gamers8 Loyalty Operator will seek to notify Member of any material changes to the operational details by email or SMS using the contact details registered in the Membership Account. By continuing to participate in Gamers8 Loyalty, Member shall be deemed to have accepted any such changes to the operational details.
7.1 Member must, at the time of the relevant transaction, present his or her Membership Account Number (available on the Membership ID) to the Program Partner in order to earn Gamers8 Points.
7.2 Gamers8 Points will not be awarded retrospectively for any purchase. If Membership Account Number is not presented to Program Partner at the time of purchase, then Member will not earn any Gamers8 Points for that purchase.
7.3 If a transaction that earned Gamers8 Points is reversed (e.g. cancellations, returns or refunds), the Gamers8 Point transaction will also be reversed (applicable Gamers8 Points will be deducted from the Member Account).
8.1 Member must, at the time of the relevant transaction, present his or her Membership Account Number (available on the Membership ID) to the Program Partner in order to redeem Gamers8 Points.
8.2 Gamers8 Points can only be redeemed to avail Benefits offered by Program Partners as part of Gamers8 Loyalty during the Gamers8 Event period. Gamers8 Points have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase any goods or services (other than Benefits, as contemplated in these Terms & Conditions). for any purchase. They are solely used to acquire Gamers8 Tier Status.
8.3 If a transaction that redeemed Gamers8 Points is reversed (e.g. cancellations, returns or refunds), the Gamers8 Point transaction will also be reversed (applicable Gamers8 Points will be reinstated in the Member Account).
9.1 The Gamers8 Contact Center shall provide a point of contact to address and/or resolve questions or concerns raised by Program Partners (including in respect of questions or concerns raised by Members but unable to be resolved by the relevant Program Partner); and to address and/or resolve questions or concerns raised directly by Members, as specified in these Terms & Conditions.
10.1 When you register for, and participate in, Gamers8 Loyalty, Gamers8 Loyalty Operator processes your personal data as set out in more detail in Gamers8 Privacy Policy.
10.2 Gamers8 Loyalty Operator works with Saudi Tourism Authority to deliver the Gamers8 Loyalty Program, and in this context you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed by Saudi Tourism Authority for the purposes specified in the Gamers8 Loyalty Privacy Policy. You further acknowledge and consent to the use of your contact details by Saudi Tourism Authority for the purpose of communicating with you in respect of Saudi Tourism Authority activities.
11.1 All Intellectual Property Rights in Gamers8 Loyalty (including trademark rights and branding, rights in the Website, and any other Intellectual Property Rights) shall, as between Member and Gamers8 Loyalty Operator, belong to Gamers8 Loyalty Operator (or its licensors). Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be understood as assigning or transferring any such Intellectual Property Rights to the Member, or otherwise as permitting the Member to use any such Intellectual Property Rights except to the minimum extent necessary to participate in Gamers8 Loyalty in the manner contemplated in these Terms & Conditions.
11.2 The Member agrees that by submitting any user generated content (including experience reviews, product reviews, feedback, or otherwise) to Gamers8 Loyalty Operator, via the Website or otherwise, Member warrants that such user generated content is the original work of the Member, and that Gamers8 Loyalty Operator may freely use, and authorize others to use, such content (including any derivative works), in perpetuity on a royalty free basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Member hereby waives, or otherwise undertakes to refrain from seeking to enforce, any rights of whatever nature that the Member may have in such works as a result of the Member’s authorship of the same.
11.3 Member is not permitted to use any data or information made available to it via the Website in connection with any business or commercial use. Member undertakes to refrain from ‘scraping’ data from the Website, or otherwise accessing or collecting data not otherwise knowingly and actively made available to the Member by Gamers8 Loyalty Operator.
12.1 Member may actively cancel his or her Membership Account entirely at any time via the Website. All Gamers8 Points accumulated by Member, but unredeemed before Membership Account cancellation are immediately forfeited to Gamers8 Loyalty Operator and the Membership Account is closed without further notice. No claims in respect of such unredeemed Gamers8 Points shall be entertained by Gamers8 Loyalty Operator.
12.2 Gamers8 Points may not be transferred to any other person by inheritance. All Gamers8 Points accumulated by Member, but unredeemed at the time of the death of the Member, are immediately forfeited to Gamers8 Loyalty Operator and the Account is closed without further notice. No claims in respect of such unredeemed Gamers8 Points shall be entertained by Gamers8 Loyalty Operator.
13.1 Gamers8 Loyalty Operator may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate Member’s participation in Gamers8 Loyalty upon notification to Member by email or SMS using the contact details registered in the Membership Account. A former Member, whose Membership Account has been terminated by Gamers8 Loyalty Operator, shall not be entitled to apply to re-join Gamers8 Loyalty as a Member.
13.2 The following is a non-exhaustive list of conduct that Gamers8 Loyalty Operator may consider in deciding to suspend or terminate Member’s participation in Gamers8 Loyalty:
13.2.1 Providing false or misleading information when registering as a Member, when seeking to accrue or redeem Gamers8 Points, or in any other circumstances as a Member of Gamers8 Loyalty;
13.2.2 Accruing or redeeming (or seeking to accrue or redeem) Gamers8 Points other than as specified in these Terms & Conditions;
13.2.3 Accruing points against commercial transactions rather than personal / consumer transactions; and
13.2.4 Communicating or interacting with personnel of Gamers8 Loyalty Operator or Program Partner, whether in person or by telephone of email, other than in a polite and courteous manner.
13.3 Gamers8 Loyalty Operator may, without prior notice to the Member, audit a Membership Account at any time, and suspend Member’s participation in Gamers8 Loyalty (including access to the Membership Account and ability to accrue or redeem Gamers8 Points) during and following such audit.
13.4 In the event of any irregularities identified by Gamers8 Loyalty Operator following such audit, Gamers8 Loyalty Operator may, at its sole discretion, cancel any accrued Gamers8 Points and/or suspend or terminate the Membership Account, without prejudice to any other legal claims Gamers8 Loyalty Operator may have against the Member in respect of such irregularities or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, Member (including former Member, if Membership Account cancelled or terminated) shall remain personally liable for the costs of any Benefit that such Member acquired other than as permitted in these Terms & Conditions.
Member acknowledges that, as between Gamers8 Loyalty Operator and the relevant Program Partner, the Program Partner shall be responsible for any inquiry, claim or complaint raised by Member in respect of any product or service made available by such Program Partner as a Benefit or otherwise. Gamers8 Loyalty Operator shall not be responsible in any way for any inquiry, claim or complaint raised by any Member in respect of any such product or service, or the performance or delivery of the same. Program Partner shall be entirely responsible for addressing and resolving any such inquiry, claim or complaint, pursuant to applicable warranties and applicable laws.
Gamers8 Loyalty is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and, to the extent lawful, with no warranties whatsoever. In respect of Gamers8 Loyalty (including the Website), Gamers8 Loyalty Operator, its affiliates, and officers, directors, managers, members, personnel, agents, and employees, expressly disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any and all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, quality, availability, suitability, freedom from computer virus, title, and non-infringement of proprietary rights.
16.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gamers8 Loyalty Operator, its affiliates (including Saudi Tourism Authority), and officers, directors, managers, members, personnel, agents, and employees, will not be liable for any claims or damages of any kind arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the use or the inability to use of benefit from Gamers8 Loyalty (including the Website), or any goods or services provided by or on behalf of a Program Partner, including, but not limited to, damages caused by or related to errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, failure to connect, network charges, and all other direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, even if Gamers8 Loyalty Partner has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
16.2 Gamers8 Loyalty Operator, its affiliates (including Saudi Tourism Authority), and officers, directors, managers, members, personnel, agents, and employees, will not be liable for any non-compliance or delay in compliance with any of its obligations when caused by events that are beyond Gamers8 Loyalty Operator’s reasonable control, including but not limited to: any events that occurs directly or indirectly as a result of a pandemic, a strike, civil unrest, natural disaster or regulatory change.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you indemnify, defend and hold harmless Gamers8 Loyalty Operator, its affiliates (including Saudi Tourism Authority), and officers, directors, managers, members, personnel, agents, and employees, from and against any and all loss, damage, costs, expenses, liabilities and claims arising out of or in connection with your use of Gamers8 Loyalty (including the Website), your purchase or use of any goods or services provided by or on behalf of any Program Partner, your own non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions, or any claim by a third party that your participation in Gamers8 Loyalty and/or purchase or use of any goods or services provided by or on behalf of a Program Partner infringes any copyright, trademarks, intellectual property or other rights of a third party.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
